In what is increasingly becoming the norm in Mpesa shops across the country, robbers are taking advantage of lax security in most Mpesa shops to rob them clean. Citizen tv has obtained CCTV footage that has captured one such robbery that clearly documents what was an orchestrated plan of attack that saw one man shot dead at an Mpesa agent shop in Ngara, nairobi. The mpesa lady;
1- kept on counting and flashing the cash
2- didn't even close the safe after putting the money in
3-didnt even attempt to rescue her shot coleague after the thugs left instead took the remaining loot.
4.didnt even try to raise an alarm or attempt to call anyone using the fon on the counter(hysteria)
